2006 September 30-October 27th, 2006 created “The Ridiculatron 2000 and Other Disrupted Devices”, an exhibit/sound installation, at Acorn Gallery in Los Angeles. The exhibit included recently created circuit bent instruments, as well has remnants of instruments that were severely damaged in the 2004 house fire. A solo circuit bending performance took place Sept. 30, and a performance by “Circuitry and Poetry” with Mona Jean Cedar was given Oct. 14.

2004 Created HPTEGSCBMBLA (The Highland Park Thursday Evening Gentlemen’s Society Circuit Bending Marching Band And Ladies Auxiliary). Our first parade was the Pasadena Doo Dah Parade. That same evening, a fire broke out in our home, completely gutting the interior and destroying all 11 circuit bent instruments that I had made.

2004 Began the first of several collaborations as composer with Rudy Perez. “Double Play” was the first of these as part of “Tender Land: Pasadena Festival of Art, Music, History and Science” (Pasadena, CA)

2004 Discovered Circuit Bending, and began practicing it myself

2003 After a long hiatus, returned to electronic music composition with “Burning Bird”, which inspired the eponymous colloboration with my future wife, Mona Jean Cedar. “Burning Man” was performed at the Burning Man Festival in 2003.

1999 Created computer graphics for the MGM film “3 Strikes”

1998 Created 3D animation “Long Ago Down Below”, which screened at the CSUN Animation Festival and took the bronze award for 3D Animation at Worldfest Houston.

1997 Founded Blank Stare Productions, a computer graphics and animation company.

1995 Synthesizer arrangement and performance on Jill Freeman song “Way Back When It Was Now” from the album “Songs About Sex And Depression

1995 Discovered painting and multimedia art

1994 Composed music score for magician Franz Harary’s segment on “The World’s Greatest Magic”, which aired on NBC.

1992-93 Composed music for “Super Illusion”, a joint Russian-American production with magician Greg Wilson and the Bolshoi Circus of Moscow, which embarked on an 11 city, 3 month tour of Japan. Joined tour as sound technician.
